We take care of regular maintenance relocations so your customers don’t have to. Whether the vehicle needs to be picked up from home, work, or somewhere in between, we handle it — and return it after the service is done. Each move gets the right driver depending on your needs and the level of interaction needed. Some handovers are simple and quick, others benefit from more interaction. Either way, we make sure the experience is smooth, timely, and professional.

In many cases, these relocations are part of the scheduled recurring maintenance. But dealers also use Flovi to support customers after a car has been sold. If an issue comes up shortly after handover, we handle the pick-up and return to ensure the vehicle gets serviced quickly instead of asking your customer to visit the service center. It’s a simple way to offer more convenience, reduce hassle, and give your customers a more premium, trustworthy after-sales experience.

Planned ahead, ready when needed

Most drives are booked 1–2 weeks in advance and handled during daytime hours — but with a wide driver network across the capital area, we’re also ready to step in on short notice when needed.

How does it work?

Order the relocation.

Order the relocation 1.5–2 weeks in advance through our platform.

We find the right driver.

Drivers are matched based on location, timing, and any special customer needs.

Pick-up from the customer.

The vehicle is collected from the customer’s preferred address during working hours (8–16).

Delivery to the service center.

We serve multiple cities with typical distances of 10–30 km — up to 50–60 km. Longer trips are also possible.

Return after service.

After maintenance (often the next day), another driver returns the car to the customer.

Updates sent automatically

The customer receives SMS updates with a live tracking link of the location.

Yes. Our drivers are experienced. High-value or sensitive cars are given to our most trusted drivers.

Do I get updates about the drive?

Yes — you'll get an sms with real-time updates as the drive progresses.

Can I order more than one move at once?

Yes, but each relocation must be booked as a separate order.

What areas do you cover?

We operate in several cities, typically within a 50–60 km radius. Longer distances are also possible.

Do drivers interact with the customer?

Yes, if needed. Drivers receive a summary of the service and can relay key points. However, detailed communication about repairs comes directly from the maintenance shop.

Can I make a last-minute booking?
