Our mission is to take full responsibility for car logistics so automotive companies can focus on their core business.
Through smart logistics technology and a fully managed network, we make vehicle movement reliable, scalable, and easy. Cars can be moved anywhere in Europe within hours domestically and within days across borders, while complexity and internal workload are reduced and vehicles are kept where they’re needed.

From one move to hundreds of thousands
Flovi started in 2008 by solving a simple, practical problem: cars were in the wrong place, and moving them took too much time and effort. Dealers and rental companies struggled with logistics that were manual, fragmented, and hard to manage. A group of students saw how dealerships and rental companies struggled with logistics, so they stepped in, armed with nothing but Excel sheets and determination. In 2015, Aapeli Kallunki took full ownership and began building Flovi into what it is today, a specialized car logistics provider focused on taking responsibility for complexity and running vehicle movement at scale.
Since then, we’ve grown steadily by solving real problems. What started as a small operation is now a complete logistics platform, trusted by the biggest automotive players in Europe. Today, Flovi plans and runs hundreds of car moves every day through a managed network. This helps automotive businesses simplify their car logistics and stay focused on selling and serving customers, while we focus on what we do best: moving cars quickly and seamlessly.
We’ve been doing this for over 18 years, and we still show up every day with the same goal: to make car logistics easier for our customers. From local dealers to some of the biggest automotive brands in Europe, more than 200 companies rely on Flovi to keep things moving.

As we scale, we continue to innovate and offer new services, strengthen our network and improve service coverage. From spreadsheets to software
Everything we’ve built at Flovi is designed to make life easier for our customers. We started by creating simple tools that let dealerships order relocations online and driver-partners pick up gigs on their own. From there, we kept improving, always based on real feedback. In 2019, we launched our fully digital booking system, giving users more control, better visibility, and round-the-clock access.
Today, Flovi runs hundreds of car moves every day using smart logistics technology that supports planning, routing, and visibility across the entire move. With smart workflows, clear pricing, and real-time visibility, we make it easier to plan, follow, and manage car movement in one place. The result for our customers is logistics that runs smoothly in the background, backed by reliable support and built for long-term collaboration. This allows us to manage car logistics reliably at scale, while our teams stay accountable for execution.
