Drivers are selected based on experience. Proven road experience means you can count on reliable and safe service.
All candidates undergo screening and verification to confirm they meet the necessary qualifications.
We conduct interviews to evaluate personal competencies and communication skills.

How to become a Flovi driver-partner
Register online.
To become a Flovi driver, you’ll need the following:
Language proficiency
Responsible, punctual, and detail-oriented
Good customer service mindset
Valid driving license
Minimum age: 21
Complete the Flovi Learn course.
A short online training to get familiar with our tools and standards.
Join an interview.
We’ll get to know you and walk through the next steps.
Sign up through an invoicing service.
To start driving with Flovi, you’ll need to register with a light entrepreneurship invoicing service in your country. Once your account is active, you're good to go — and can start picking up drives through our platform.
The invoicing service will handle your rewards, taxes, and insurance, so you can focus on the road. Just a heads-up: this isn’t traditional employment, and you won’t receive a salary. You work independently and get paid per drive.

Do I need to own a car to drive with Flovi?

No, you don’t need your own car. You just need a valid driver’s license, a smartphone, a responsible mindset and a proficient Finnish speaking skills to handle everyday situations on the road.

Does Flovi cover travel to and from the pickup location?

No, drivers are responsible for getting themselves to the starting point and back home or wherever they’re staying. Flovi does not cover travel expenses, so make sure you’re able to move between locations, for example, by public transport.

What kind of license do I need?

You’ll need a Finnish B-class license that’s valid for both manual and automatic cars, and it must have been active for at least one year.

How do I get paid?

You’ll get paid every two weeks through your invoicing service (Truster or Omapaja). They handle your payouts, taxes, and insurance.

What kind of support do drivers get?

We provide clear instructions for each relocation, regular updates, and responsive support when you need help. You're never left guessing.

Is this a full-time job?

It can be — but it doesn’t have to be. Many Flovi drivers work part-time, on the side of studies, other jobs, or family life. Just keep in mind that we can’t guarantee a specific number of working days or hours — you pick up relocations when they’re available and when it suits you.
