Biila's car relocation service has been serving Bilia for over ten years
Bilia, which focuses on Volvo sales and maintenance, has been a pioneer in the maintenance pick-up and return service in Finland.
As part of the Volvo Personal Service concept, Bilia has a dedicated Personal Service Technician available for car maintenance. The Personal Service Technician is a concept where the customer can have all car maintenance issues handled by the same person. It is therefore about providing a complete service to the customer.
"Biila Go works well as an extension of the Personal Service Technician service," says Jukka Korhonen (image left), Technical Service Manager at Bilia.
Tommi Jokinen (image right), Technical Service Development Manager at Bilia, says that they also use Biila Go for home deliveries of sold cars.
"The customer first has a test drive and often thinks about it for a couple of days and then wants to buy it. Especially in these cases there is a need for home delivery," says Jokinen.
Bilia is very satisfied with the collaboration with Biila Go.
"At Biila Go, we develop things from our and our customers’ point of view" says Korhonen.
Flight maintenance added to the service offering
Bilia offers a “flight maintenance” to their customers. In practice, this means that a car owner can have their car fixed during a holiday or a business trip. As part of the service, when the driver leaves for their trip, Biila Go will pick up the car from the airport parking and use it for Bilia maintenance. Once the maintenance is completed, the car will be returned to the airport parking.
Bilia's customers have found the flight service is an efficient one.
"Once the customer tries out the service, they will order it again," says Korhonen.
