Flovi launches in Poland to make car relocations faster and smarter
Flovi has officially launched its car relocation platform in Poland, making it possible to move vehicles across the country in just one to two days.
For years, car relocations in Poland have meant endless calls, long email threads, and uncertain delivery times. Flovi changes that with a simple digital solution: customers can order car transfers online, get exact pricing instantly, and track the journey from start to finish.
“Polish customers are used to waiting up to two weeks for vehicle transfers,” says Aapeli Kallunki, CEO of Flovi. “We’re cutting that time down to one or two days and doing it with full transparency. You see what’s happening, when it’s happening, and who’s behind the wheel.”
The company’s platform is already trusted by car dealerships, leasing and rental companies, and mobility providers in Finland and Sweden. Poland is Flovi’s third market, and a key step in its goal to expand to ten European countries by 2028.
Flovi’s timing is no coincidence. Poland’s car industry is growing fast, with nearly 1.5 million new vehicles registered in 2024 and long distances between major cities creating constant demand for efficient transfers.
To support local operations, Flovi is building a Polish driver network and setting up a local office. All drivers are vetted, insured, and Polish-speaking — ensuring professional service and smooth communication from pick-up to drop-off.
In Finland, Flovi completes car relocations in an average of 22 hours, and aims to reach similar speed levels in Poland within six months.
The company’s growth has been steady and fast. In 2024, Flovi delivered over 100,000 car transfers, nearly 23 million kilometers in total and generated around €12 million in revenue. A €3.5 million investment from Voland Partners in 2023 has helped accelerate its international expansion.
Flovi’s vision is simple: to make car relocations as easy as booking a ride.
“Our goal is to make moving cars effortless for everyone involved,” Kallunki says. “Whether it’s one car or a hundred, we want the experience to feel quick, transparent, and reliable. That’s what smart moves are all about.”
