Purchased cars to the store and sold cars to the customer's home again and again – Koiviston Autotalo is a satisfied Biila Go customer

A little village in the Tavastia region sends sold cars to customers’ homes again and again. Cars are sold in the shop and online. At Koiviston Autotalo, distance sales account for around 15% of total sales. The dealership has gained a lot of new customers through online sales.

"In distance selling, a video of the car is shot for the customer, and when the deal is done, Biila Go delivers the car to the customer," says Miikka Koivisto from Koiviston Autotalo.

The cooperation between Biila Go and Koiviston Autotalo started at the end of 2020, when more car purchases and home deliveries of sold cars started to come in.

"The pensioners we knew who used to relocate cars were getting old, so Biila Go was able to provide a solution for our car relocations.”

At first Koivisto was worried whether Biila Go had a driver for all the relocations. There was nothing to worry about.

“We have had a perfect 100% success rate with Biila Go car relocations," says Koivisto with satisfaction.
